Team Member: Customer Liaison (Half-time)

Join our young, successful technology startup located in Downtown Champaign. As a team member, you will be part of the group that designs, develops, documents, proves, markets, and distributes The Geochemist’s Workbench® software package.

In your position you will act as a liaison to our customers and user community in more than 100 countries around the world. You will answer queries, prepare quotes and invoices, send out demo licenses, distribute software electronically, maintain databases, follow through on inquiries, interface with end users of many nationalities, and perform other work, as assigned.

The successful candidate will be a fast learner, team player, personable, flexible, and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office are a must; experience working with customers preferred. A four-year undergraduate degree is required. Salary is commensurate with experience and skills; benefits include compensable time off and a retirement program. WFO initially; hybrid possible later.
